Problem 1: Windows component not installed

Solution:

  1. Download the PrintBridge Windows installer.
  2. Run the installer.
  3. Complete the installation.
  4. Restart Chrome if necessary.
  5. Open PrintBridge again.
  6. Check the connection status.
Problem 2: Silent Printing is OFF

Solution:

Open the PrintBridge extension and enable Silent Printing.

Expected: Silent printing is ON
Problem 3: Windows component is not connected

Solution:

  1. Confirm the Windows component is installed.
  2. Confirm the installer completed successfully.
  3. Close and reopen Chrome.
  4. Open PrintBridge.
  5. Check the connection status again.
If the problem remains: Continue with the installation guide or contact support.
Problem 4: Printer unavailable

Your printer is unavailable or cannot receive the print job.

Solution:

  1. Open Windows Settings.
  2. Select Bluetooth & devices.
  3. Select Printers & scanners.
  4. Confirm the printer is installed.
  5. Confirm the printer is online.
  6. Try a Windows test print.
  7. Retry the PrintBridge print request.
Problem 5: PDF print request fails

The extension is connected, but the print request fails.
